Due to this reason, a geographic distinction is created amongst people. In order to overcome the expenses of internet connection, most people now prefer to rely on their phones for access to the internet. It was found that 37% of Americans primarily access the internet on their phones out of the 96% who own them.
It’s the third and most important way of access to ICT, which cannot rely on devices and conduits alone but needs human and social interactions. If ICT can be used properly then it can boost these resources, or else it will lead to underdevelopment and degeneracy.

It can be called an electronic ledger in layman’s terms that users share among themselves which results in the creation of records or blocks that cannot be changed.
